SemakCV does not guarantee employment, interviews, favorable ATS results, or hiring outcomes.

AI Output

AI suggestions may contain inaccuracies. You must independently review all content before use.

1.3 User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful information.
  • Do not create fake résumés or impersonate others.
  • Ensure uploads comply with Malaysian law.
  • Maintain account security and confidentiality.

Refund Policy

General Rule:

Because SemakCV delivers instant-access digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • A billing error occurred.
  • Technical failure prevented service usage (unresolvable by support).
  • Required by consumer protection laws.

Refund requests must be sent to info@rujilabs.com within 7 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Create fake credentials

  • Impersonate others
  • Bypass paywalls or limits
  • Upload malware
  • Harass other users
